It begins with the serial number

This is enabled by a new form of logic that, in the background, links components of production jobs with unambiguous serial numbers. Whether you use an ID sticker, laser-engraved barcode, a data matrix code or an RFID chip, each individual component must be uniquely identifiable.

One result is an automatic feedback system across the entire production process. Where an operator previously had to report an operation at the machine, feedback is now handled automatically based on the serial number.
